True Fanedit Contest October 2008 Finished

The True Fanedit Contest Of The Month is finished.

And the winner is… Event Horizon Slashed aka Killer Horizon by Mollo. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Now that was a close one. Although the winning fanedit by Mollo was in the lead from start to finish, the last rating pretty much decided it. Wrong Turn Home put off a great competition and got us thrilled for the entire month. Star Wars Silent Edition was also pretty close. But in the end there could only be one and it is a VERY deserved winner. Receiving a bunch of outstanding reviews and comments this fanedit showed so much, what fanediting is about and how masterfully it can be done to really improve on a movie.

2. Wrong Turn Home by 3Raz0r received 6 ratings with an average of 4.5 of 5 stars.
3. Star Wars 30’s Serial Edition Part 2 by TMBTM received 7 ratings with an average of 4.43 of 5 FE stars.
4. Star Wars 30’s Serial Edition Part 1 by TMBT received 7 ratings with an average of 4.14 of 5 FE stars.
5. Return Of The Jedi – The Spence Edit by Spence received 8 ratings with an average of 3.8 of 5 FE stars.
6. The Inheritors: A TV Film From The Outer Limits by Tranzor received 5 ratings with an average of 3.4 of 5 FE stars.
The other 4 participants did not accumulate the needed 5 ratings to be taken into account.
