Your intention for this fanedit:
To create an extended version of LEGEND that uses the Tangerine Dream score instead of the Jerry Goldsmith score, while retaining some of the shots exclusive to the Theatrical Cut and Director’s Cut.
Hardware and software information (what did you use to create your fanedit): Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro
Time needed for the edition: 3 days

Additional Comment:
The Director’s Cut of LEGEND has some transfer mistakes. Throughout the film there are several “single frames” at the beginning of cuts that are still frames and appear brighter than the next frame that follows. These were removed whenever possible.
Note: I have seen this before with the Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid Preview Cut released on DVD.

Good work ! It’s a very good version but video is too bad. Try to make a Dual layer dvd files, 115 min, it’s too long for a SL dvd. Compression is too strong.

Yes I agree, it was great to hear TD’s music in a complete extended version – so very difefrent from Jerry Goldsmith’s score but equally as good I think – but the video quality of this fanedit was disappointing…

I am an extended edition buff and have a big collection of original ones and all the fanedits from here.
Many extended editions do not add anything to the movie, just add more useless scenes. I will rate the ones here.
Rating criteria: image quality, sound quality, 3x improvement, overall.
Image Quality: 6 of 10
Sound Quality: 7 of 10
Improvement: 8 of 10
Overall: 7 of 10
