When first released this was a 4 hour and 30 minute porn film with a decent storyline for the cyber age. A caption states that it’s the near future. In an office, an interrogator (never named) asks DSA (Digital Security Agency, a part of the futuristic Department of Homeland Security) agent Cassandra Cray to tell him about the Enigma virus, which is apparently the name of a virus she uploaded to “the Grid “. She shakes her head in amusement, and the interrogator asks her to take him through the events that led up to it. Cray begins by stating that she and partner were following rumors of a supervirus being smuggled into the US from the Kazakh Collective. The virus was almost legendary, but if it did exist, it would be imperative that the agents get it.
Although I was able to eliminate all sex scenes entirely (although I did leave Eva masturbating with her panties on, trimmed out her naked hoho and her cramming her hand into it though). There is still quite a bit of Hilary Scott’s naked breastesses and a flacid male wang. Why recut a porn? Because all in all, this isn’t a terrible story. It’s on par with many B movies from the 80’s (think Linea Quigley).

I like the bold idea of turning a porn movie into a “real” movie, however I don’t think this was the best candidate. Something like Flesh Gordon is fun regardless of the sexual content, but this is little more than talk, talk, and talk, with its plot lifted from Strange Days, eXistenZ, The Matrix, and many other sources, which makes the decision to try to concentrate on whatever little story there is, somewhat puzzling. As a Sci-Fi B-movie it is not very exciting, the cinematic quality is about the level of something like Creepozoids and the likes, the kind that usually gets 1.something/10 on IMDb.
Technical quality of the file is subpar: presented only as an .avi, the image is blurry and pixelated like if the source file was very badly compressed divx (which probably was). On top of that, the video is 4:3 letterbox instead of 16:9. There’s a bad video cut at the 0:25:03 mark, showing some frames from a deleted shot that shouldn’t be there, and at 0:56:58 a little bit of misplaced music reveals another hard cut. Also, after this point the audio appears to play some frames late.
All in all, a 3/10. Not really worth it.
