True Alien Fanedits

AvP Outbreak by Wraith
This aims to turn the ALIEN VERSUS PREDATOR movies into a single and WORTHY member of BOTH franchises.>>>>MORE

Predator Chronicles: Uncanny Antman
This creates a kind of, “What if the Predator series spawned a series of short TV films, a la Masters of Horror?” Created to be able to watch these stories without cringing all the time. They’ll never be great films, but they are now at least fun films.

Alien: The Hybrid Cut By: LeoneNut
This version puts back the extra Director’s cut scenes into the Theatrical Cut. It also adds three scenes that were restored for the Director’s Cut but not used, so the quality is consistent throughout. Also restores the 1979 Fox fanfare and alternate alien transmission sound fx. This is Alien extended for best entertainment.

Aliens: The Hybrid Cut By: LeoneNut
This is the simplest cut of the ALIEN lot, using the Special Edition version simply removes scenes of the colonists and Newt’s family discovering the Space Jockey’s ship. I actually like all the extended scenes in this version but dislike the whole Newt’s family scene (I used to have to skip it every time). I’ve kept the first outdoor shots of “Hadley’s Hope” however as it gives a preview of the “shake and bake” colony. A better paced version.

Alien 3: The Hybrid Cut By: LeoneNut
This extends Alien 3 to have a version with the extended Assembly Cut scenes but with the dog birth footage instead of the cow. It also restores the Queen bursting out of Ripley.

Alien Appendix 2: The Virtual Workprint By: Meedermow
Alien Appendix contains several DVDs including rare and special featurettes about Alien. No2 is a fan-edit of the film ALIEN which interpolates all exisiting deleted scenes and a variety of unseen footage and unused score cues to create a version that runs considerably longer than both the 1979 theatrical release and the 2003 director’s cut.
