Once again we honor another incredible faneditor among our ranks. It is long overdue for CBB to receive this prestigious award. Not only has CBB released a great quantity of edits (second only to ADigitalMan in number of publicly released fanedits), but the quality of the projects can be matched by few. Each edit is painstakingly edited with care, resulting in a few polished turds, and some new visions of films originally considered perfect. In the early days, the CBB Group comprised of an international team of editors who worked together to create new concepts in film, beginning in 2004. Disbanded over a year ago, CBB marched on, and was redefined by the most devoted member, boon23. Now, CBB (Created-By-Boon) continues to present the world with fanediting treasures on a regular basis. Each edit is strikingly unique and may feature just a simple touch for more comedy (49 & 51 First Dates), or a drastic removal of a main character (Star Trek: Kirkless Generations) for a whole new experience.

But, CBB goes far beyond making simple fanedited movies. Each edit is a complete production, featuring innovative DVD menus, special features, and unique custom DVD cover art. You may even be treated to a faneditors audio commentary for some edits.

The fanedit community is in great debt to this devoted and passionate film lover. For not only has he provided us with a wealth of new entertainment, but the man behind CBB is the glue of the fanedit community.   1. Hey, I really like your stuff. Wanted to make a suggestion to you, or to anyone who reads this. Something I’d do if I had the time or equipment is to take the recent Adrian Lyne version of Lolita and re-edit it to be a little more like the book, bring in the “jailhouse memoir” aspect of the original book that was lacking from the script of the movie. The book is a great read full of wonderful writing, and the fortunate thing is that Jeremy Irons recorded an audio book version of Lolita, so there would be no lack of material for voice-overs. I just wanted to make the suggestion, would probably even be able to make a few general suggestions as to good quotes to use with which scenes, though my 7-day-a-week work schedule would make it hard. Still, I would really love to see someone do it. Anyhow, a little bit of wishful thinking. Keep up the good work!

  3. Hey there, great admirer of your works, however I seem to be having a problem with Absolutely Unbreakable. There is a significant lag between the visual and audio, right from the start, is there anything you could suggest to solve this problem???

  4. what does significant mean in seconds?
    I take it you downloaded the version available on RS. From what I know and have on my harddrive and on DVD, it is in sync. I also never received any comment that mentions that issue. So I guess it is your PC/DVD player that is causing that. The audio is AC-3 5.1. Please check on a different player and if there is still a problem, I will download that version and check for myself again.

  5. I would like to make a trade for your DVD of Blade 3: Behead the King. I can mail you a copy of Highlander: Endgame - Connor Lives Version. I also made a version of The Hulk, that removes a lot of Ang Lee crap and runs at a smooth 1hr 47. If you are a Highlander fan, I also turned the 1995 Chris Lambert movie The Hunted into a Highlander film. I’ve been meaning to edit Blade 3 for a long time but I just don’t have the time anymore. Your version sounds great. Let me know if you want to deal. Thanks.

    Are there any alternative download links on other torrent sites for the DVD version of TCM: THF? I can’t seem to find it - I only come across the 700+MB version, I’m so looking forward to checking out this edit, I’m a huge TCM fan! Major props to what you and CBB have done!

  8. there is no DVD version of TCM on bittorrent anymore. Sorry, but all seeders left, so I deleted that torrent a long time ago. To get this you either need to trade with someone on the forum or go the RS route.
