The transition from delete scenes and original material was fine. The delete scene quality was poor but not the fault of the editors, but I would have like a filter or two to get them more inline with each other...not sure if this was tried or not.
I enjoyed seeing the extra material seamlessly included with the film. I do think the extra footage takes the movie down, but as a fan of the series (mostly the book) I enjoyed another version to watch.
