Idea is interesting but the individual parts are just dragged out for only two moments where the characters interact with each other.
There is also very little thematic connection between the two storylines, it is just two guys happening to be in the city. Especially one scene in the church had me completely confused as we see the punisher in the church, then bullseye appears and fights ben affleck but I wasn't sure what had happened to the punisher.
as others have noted the ending is a pretty weak payoff - made worse imo due to the fact that the first interaction of the two works way better. Maybe the edit should have just focused on bullseye and have punisher save Daredevil
Also the videoquality was noticably worse than the rest of the shorts

Rise of the Kingpin (by Phantom Stranger) – This didn’t really work for me. It’s a nice idea to mash up Daredevil and Punisher War Zone but the edit took a long time to set everything up and the payoff was a bit of a letdown. Sorry. 5/10
