Brief Synopsis:
This DVD contains a series of 8 short FanEdits that turn the Marvel Universe on its head. Each short FanEdit has been created by a different FanEditor using the many Marvel Universe sources available.
Intention:
The fanedit community voted on what the theme for Consecution #5 would be. Marvel won with a single vote in front of Terminator, 2 in front of Star Trek and 3 in front of James Bond. As usual the rules were strict:
1. create a short fanedit that runs 15 minutes at max.
2. there has to be a plot
3. take the time you need to create a high quality edit.
4. has to feature the Marvel hero universe as a major part.
The faneditors could choose from the entire universe of Marvel movies to create their shorts, cut them down to the essence or create a new plot by mashing them up. Boon, Jorge and TMBTM were the ones in charge of this project, helping wherever they could with suggestions and advice, but was also in charge of allowing and disallowing submissions. In the end 8 fascinating works of fanediting art made it on the DVD.
