These are the 25 best rated fanedits on fanedit.org, as voted by you, the audience.

I try to update this list once a month, but it might happen that it takes longer. If you can’t wait the results are almost always up on time in the forums! The list uses 10 dummy votes set to the database average rating to decide the ranking.

Most of this is of course due to all the cbb edits being removed from competition, and the side effect of their removal that the average rating dropped significantly.

Top Ten changes:
Gone is Dead Set Serious, Star Trek:Kirkless Generations and Prison Break – The Movie – Episode 1, all cbb edits that had made it into the top 10. We will of course remember their greatness. New are two old ones, Land of the Dead and Building Empire, along with a new top 10 entry, The Dark Knight. And that’s a well deserved recognition for one of the best edits of 2009. The eternal contest of fourth place is a draw this month.

An entire new squadron of edits rush in to fill the empty spots. New ones to the top 25 include the dark cut of Batman Begins, Pearl Harbour and Transformers, and most notably The Descent.

The list is very different now, but a good candidate could be The Nightmare On Elm Street Anthology, Volume 1. Truly outstanding ratings so far, and still a fairly new release.
