007 The Unofficial Series

To me, this is the absolute definitive way to view the Daniel Craig Bond films! This is an amazing fan edit that really lets both the story and the action of these films shine much more than they do in the originals. Cutting some of the fluff and focusing on Bond's journey and the overarching story even makes Quantom of Solace interesting in this edit!

The editing is flawless, but I'll agree with a previous reviewer who mentioned the inconsistency caused by cutting the whole Hinx eye-gouging thing. I generally agree with cutting most of the sex scenes, but I think the one with Madeleine probably should have stayed in to make it a bit more clear that there is some sort of relationship developing here before she spouts out that she loves him in the final episode.

I Have come to this version later than most but wanted to watch in advance of the latest release.
I will fully recommend this series, the overall tempo of the series was very good, yes there are a few elements that were taken out but i beileve that those certainly dragged on the individual films.
I will certainly be looking forward to a final couple of episodes to round off the DC Bond Era.

This is a great idea and a very thorough and careful execution! The more digestable form makes it a lot easier for James Bond newcomers to enjoy the storyline of Craig's Bond films. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well these movies function as a series and the tone of the whole thing seemed more consitent than what I thought possible (or remembered from viewing the films in their original form mutiple times).
If I had to point to any "negatives", it would probably be about some minor trims like cutting out the "gorging out the eyeballs" scene in the "Spectre"-episodes that Blofeld later refers to (maybe one cut get rid of that later mention of the scene?). And maybe it would have been possible to have a more consitent episode length. But again, that is just nitpicking. Overall a very satisfying experience! Well done!

I absolutely loved watching the Craig Bond films in this episodic format and the things that are cut don't have an effect on the narrative (although I did miss that parkour sequence in Casino Royale.) The pacing is on point, the editing is amazing and it's just overall a super fun and entertaining watch - as well as being easily digestible in the episodic format.

This is a fantastic new way to watch the Craig Bond films and stack up (even surpassing, dare I say) the originals that this is based on.

I loved the concept of this series approach. As others said well thought structre, flawless editing a real joy to watch. The only thing i´m not fond off is the complete erradication of his "women-encounters", although i understand where digimod is coming from with this approach.

So, this is the way to watch the craig bond movies, at least for me and i hope he´ll implement "No time to die" once it´s released :)
