Review Detail

The edit of 300 we all needed, 300 is always a fun watch some may not like the stylized look of the film but those that do really do. This is the film that gave Zack Snyder the "visionary" director title for better and worse.
While I love this movie re watching it comes with a catch, every once in a while the movie cuts back to Sparta these scenes not only kill the pace but are boring. Every time these scenes come up I always find myself hitting the fast forward button, if you read the comic those scenes aren't in them. Snyder and company added them cause they thought it would give a moment of pause but I found this side plot boring and unnecessary.
Fortunately I am not alone on this Jamiemark did the lords work and removed that B plot all together now the movie is not only more faithful to the comic but the legend as well. It does wonders for the pace flowing beautifully from one combat scene to the next.
This is probably one of those replaces the OG for me my only gripe was I wasn't a fan of the box art (sorry.)
