This moviefilm and especially the grocery store scene make me have smile, pussycat.
The alternate ending, while not superior to the original, is pretty great on its own and it was fun to see it cut into the rest of the story. That scene on the beach make me have romance explosion. Very nice!!1!

I am an extended edition buff and have a big collection of original ones and all the fanedits from here.
Many extended editions do not add anything to the movie, just add more useless scenes. I will rate the ones here.

I watched this today, and it was a really well-done edit. The deleted scenes were seamlessly integrated, with only one set of new scenes I felt were added in the wrong place – the meeting with the feminists should have been moved a little bit earlier to fit with the story. Otherwise I can’t fault it.
