Even worse, the love story doesn’t work, partly because I think they focused on it way too much. The dialogue between Anakin and Padme is shockingly strange, but the chemistry between the two actors is definitely there. Just letting them spend time together would have sold it enough.

Recut The Last of Us into a 3-part miniseries solely focused on Joel and Elli's journey. A 4th "special episode" includes the majority of the cut content as short films.

This is the entire second season of See cut down to one action packed, epic movie. This is the third part in a planned 4-part series that will condense the entirety of the show into a film format. Season 2 of See changes the tone of the show rather drastically, becoming a lot more action/adventure focused while also broadening the scope of the world. This film is longer than the previous two, but contains the arc of an entire season's worth of story. This film is also a lot more action-packed, with intense fight scenes and epic battles.

The Kenobi show, trimmed down to a movie length. This series started life as a movie script, and the show just feels like a movie stretched to six hours. This keeps most of the main plot point, but makes it fit as an easily digestible Star Wars film.

I made this for my own personal use a while back since seeing this movie in IMAX was one of the most impressive theater experiences I've ever had, and I'm a sucker for IMAX/Open Matte movies. This takes multiple sources, including a German Open Matte HDTV broadcast and the official opening credits by the company that made them, and blends them together to replicate as best as possible what I remember that experience to be.

Also, there was a bit of a stylistic shift between the first and second seasons, where a lot of very abstract ideas got sort of left behind in favor of a more action/adventure heavy show. Doing a fanedit of the first season in movie form can help line it up with the style of the rest of the show.

By removing the love triangle this turns out to be a great action and war movie about a day the US will never forget.

Like many of the other Disney+ MCU series, this clearly felt like it was originally envisioned as a film that was then stretched out to fill out a limited series. It's a good story with some great moments, but it drags on and is stretched too thin. This edit attempts to reorganize the fairly simple plot into a single film of 2 hours and 22 minutes, an average run time for an MCU film.

Going to see Crystal Skull on opening night is probably the worst cinematic experience I've ever had. You could just feel the room deflate, all the energy disappear, the excitement turned to disappointment. I hated it.

However, time has been kinder than expected to the film. Maybe it's comparing it to what passes for modern "adventure" filmmaking, but it's sort of outdated style kind of works in its favor. There's a lot of things that do work about it. Harrison Ford and the rest of the cast are game. Though it's kind of a "left hand" movie from Spielberg, he's still the greatest movie director of our lifetimes, so it's still got some great visuals and action. The story could be intriguing.

24 minutes cut from the film, the pacing is upped and the story is clearer. Less time is spent on subplots, but the important elements remain. Some music homages to the TV series have been added.

This is a "Rey Nobody" edit, removing her link to Palpatine. The other major change is that Leia dies toward the beginning of the film, removing her from the plot.

The core idea is to strengthen the ties to The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi to give a clear character arc to both Rey and Kylo Ren.

I also removed some unnecessary jokes and tidied up some action beats. The goal is to create a fun, engaging movie that satisfies as an ending to these character's stories.

Combines both films into one narratively satisfying epic ending. Subplots are removed, incredible sequences don't exist, all to make it feel like it was intended as one movie.

I am a huge King fan and I particularly love The Stand. I was very excited for the new miniseries adaptation coming to Paramount Plus last year. It was a great cast and creative team, and was going to be 9 episodes long, which meant they could tell a lot more of the story than in the previous miniseries.

However... it was kind of a dud. They made the absolutely puzzling decision of telling the story out of order, which makes a lot of the events feel pointless and aimless because you're getting a pay off before you get the full set up. It's the equivalent of telling someone the punchline of a joke, then over explaining how you got to the punchline.

They also didn't really tell much more of the story. Huge swaths of the plot were rushed through or completely cut out. It really was a bit of a mess.

But! There's a lot of good stuff in there. So, I'm removing the confusing narrative structure and cutting tons of footage out to create a Trilogy of films that tell the story of The Stand.

Frank Herbert's Dune is a fantastic miniseries adaptation of the original novel, but what would it look like as a feature length film?

The Snyder Cut and the Theatrical Cut, mixed and blended to create a theatrically viable version of Justice League.

- Replace the majority of the music with music from other films in the series.
- Up the pace. This movie has a weird structure in that there really isn't a big action scene till almost halfway through the film, and then it's just non-stop action for the second half. The middle third of the film needs some serious trims to get the film moving.
- Remove a lot of the over the top John Woo moments. I love John Woo, and I definitely still want it to feel like a John Woo film, but they go so hard on some of his trademarks that it ventures into parody. Slow motion scenes that drag on or show the same shot from 5 different angles will be trimmed. Some of the slow-mo will be trimmed just for action pacing.

A shorter, more focused adventure/survival tale.

This is a 3 film in 1 edit running at 3 hours 25 minutes. This is not intended as a "book cut" but instead tries to imagine what Peter Jackson and Co. might have made if they had decided to do the story as one film.

My goal is not to make the film more like Lord of the Rings in tone, but in spirit. The gag-filled action scenes that Peter Jackson has become fond of are minimized, except when appropriate. It feels more epic. The pacing is quicker. It feels more in line with those films, while also becoming even more different from them.

Over 1 1/2 hours removed. Every shot has been individually cropped to fit the 2:35:1 aspect ratio. Elements of the score have been changed, many subplots have been cut, many obnoxious colors have been desaturated.

An attempt to make Episode VI a worthy conclusion to the Star Wars saga by improving the storytelling and narrative structure throughout.

To present Return of the Jedi without the Ewoks. This makes the tone of the film more consistent. It’s now a darker ending to the star wars trilogy.

It’s a dark superhero movie with less silly, campy moments.

This is now a better paced and more to the point Star Wars film. Distracting plot elements and unnecessary scenes were removed, resulting in an over 40 minutes shorter version.

This is the attempt to finally give fans of the famous “Phantom Edits” the missing third episode. This is “Revenge of the Phantom”.

This extended edition just gives you more of everything to enjoy, if you are a fan of Pirates of the Caribbean. Several deleted scenes were almost seamlessly included.

The goal of this edit was to make LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD To feel a bit more like the original trilogy of DIE HARD films. It removes the more ridiculous, cartoony moments in favor of making a stronger, meaner action movie.

This edit combines the two matrix sequels and scenes from Animatrix and the video game to create one epic film.
