I was always intrigued by Legend, but it wasn’t until the lost Director’s Cut was released on Blu-ray in 2011 that I decided to finally sit down and watch it. After watching the different versions of the film, I thought the Director's Cut was the best of the bunch, but felt like it was hampered by some of the pacing/editing and childish humor. With that in mind, I set out to make an edit that used addressed some of those issues, while including specific scenes from each version to hopefully create a more tonally consistent, polished film.

As a long time fan of first two Mortal Kombat games I was always a fan of this movie too and always wanted to do an edit of it one day. And here it is. This time it isn't as much about changing the plot, but about modyfing the tone & overall feel of the movie. Not to fix it (as it doesn't need that), but to alter it enough to offer a unique watching experience, quite different than original. To achieve that, the movie was completely re-scored with music from martial art films and fighting games with some other additions. Some additional footage taken from other movies was included as well as additional or alternate dialogue lines. Also, some blood VFX and grindhouse effects were added.

This is vastly different than the original cut. We have a new opening to recap the ending of Part 1 and a subsequent scene not seen in Part 1. The tone is less cartoonish and more balanced. There is a lot of new music and deleted material used to flesh out the movie. Much like Part 1 this has the focus on Peter and Gwen's relationship without all the other distractions.

Electro is pushed back to a secondary villain and Harry is brought up to being the primary villain. Electro's motivation is different as well. The accident simply drove him insane and he hears voices in his head.

Episodes from the 25 best arcs (+2 standalone episodes) are combined to create 27 longer episodes (~40-60m) each presenting a complete, streamlined story without redundant, uninteresting side quests, goofy villains, or childish humor.

A boy obsessed with '50s sci-fi movies about aliens has a recurring dream about a blueprint of some kind, which he draws for his inventor friend. With the help of a third kid, they follow it and build themselves a spaceship. Now what?

Kobe Skywalker's The Dark Side Cut of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge Of The Sith improves upon the original release by making numerous cuts and trims to increase the serious tone of the darkest entry in the saga. Several cringe inducing scenes are removed, single weaker script lines are trimmed, and a few poorly acted moments are cut.

Using my B+ Movie Edition as a foundation (including animation enhancements), this cut completely removes the Olympus scenes, as well as any explicit reference to the gods' interference. This, alongside a few more liberal trims, allows for an action-focused cut for when you just want to blitz through the film, cut to the chase and enjoy a fast-paced adventure.

A lighter edit of The Rise of Skywalker removing a few quips, poorly thought out narrative elements (lightspeed skipping, knife compass), while adding a few extended shots to slow the frenetic pacing of the film a bit.

Cut out what I felt to be some childish moments and unneeded exposition, hopefully helping those who have a soft spot for this ambitious flop enjoy it a little more.

A lighter edit of the film primarily removing a large portion of the rathtar sequence with a few trims to "humorous" lines and one vfx replacement shot.

Star Wars with a rocking soundtrack! Heavy Star Wars takes the existing action and adventure, trimming away unnecessary story/action/bad acting, and replaces the soundtrack with Rock music!

This edit makes The Last Jedi a respectful sequel to The Force Awakens as best as possible while also including some elements from The Rise of Skywalker. The terrible humor, unnecessary characters, and pointless side plots have been removed. Characters feel closer to how they were before. The result is a more serious and engaging movie that fits better with its predecessor.

Main changes include the addition of several deleted scenes to expand Padme's presence, the silly antics of R2 & 3PO are removed from the factory and arena battle, and a few of Ani's whiniest/creepiest moments are removed (but I kept in all the cringe romance).

Added several deleted scenes, removed some droid slapstick and Vader's "Noooo!".

A lighter edit of The Phantom Menace than most, removing only the worst of Jar Jar's antics and Ani's acting and trimming the podrace a bit.

I trimmed many ridiculous over-the-top moments of action and humor (bat-riding Legolas, various apparatus-laden trolls, Dain, Alfrid, etc) to tighten the pace of the battle.

I focused again on removing Azog and the silly or excessive humor and cgi action. I also appended the opening 12 minutes of Battle of the Five Armies to end the film with the death of Smaug.

Storywise this fan-edit doesn't differ from the movie. It only tells the story in a more clear and intimate way, and adds a bit more suspense.

An official extended cut of the film has been airing on TV for years, so I have taken 2 airings of the TV Cut, with added scenes from the DVD to create the longest cut of the Ron Howard adaptation.

16 deleted, extended, and alternate scenes have masterfully restored and integrated into the film, adding back 18 minutes of new footage.

Removal of unnecessary, excessive action and cgi to focus more on Bilbo & company's relationships and adventure.

A young harpist, Imp Y Celyn becomes the greatest musician on the Disc, meanwhile Death (The Grim Reaper) has disappeared and someone else needs to fill in. Here it i presented as more of a Biopic. No time travel, no alternative universes just the basics of the plot with as much of the humor intact as possible.

This is a sequel to "The Last Wish" edit. It continues the story of Geralt of Rivia, omitting big part of plotlines that were not based on the books. Unlike "The Last Wish" edit, there was no way to base this edit only on book material because more than half of the second book, "Sword of Destiny" was omitted in the show. For that reason, this edit uses some of the non-book material to complete the story and presents it in chronological order.

As a fan of The Witcher books I anticipated this adaptation but was eventually disappointed by it. The main reason of that disappointment was the fact that the writers decided to add unnecessary filler (in order to enlarge roles of Yennefer and Ciri which I consider to be huge mistake), and at the same time omitted important parts that were crucial to the story. This caused the show to be crippled version of the book, full of incosistencies, logical errors and boring plotlines. It is not possible to fix all of this, but I could at least make it closer to the books, especially the first one in the Witcher Saga, titled "The Last Wish". As it is in fact a collection of short stories, this edit aimed to create exactly that. A collection of stories about Geralt of Rivia based on what was actually in the books (more or less).

To celebrate Halloween this year, I am completing a very basic edit of Catspaw which converts the material to widescreen and restores the unused opening and end title credits music.

For me, The Northman is one of the best movies released in 2022. I just wanted to extend it a little bit more with the deleted scenes included in the 4K UHD.

It is the same movie that we love, but extended.

To make a slightly different movie keeping the supernatural touch that it was left ambiguous in the original movie.

I, like many have always felt Star Trek : Generations was a disappointment. But I saw a good movie in there. I loved the cast, the performances were good, I liked the story, and the vibe of it. Where it failed was a slow and boring pacing. This is not a new take on the story, merely a faster, more exciting, and more engaging presentation of it. It's no longer slow or meandering and it's much more intense.

There and Back Again is a fan edit of the Hobbit Trilogy that aims to tell the story in a single film. The bloat of the original movies is excised to create a more concise and exciting experience.

An extended cut of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.

By cutting out scenes that are out of character and using alternant or deleted material form the movie I wanted to give this movie a different feel. I also rescored scenes with different music to recontextualize or emphasize different moments in the movie.

This is my 1080p high definition rebuild of Dune The Alternative Edition Redux, my 2012 fanedit (which was in 480 standard definition) of David Lynch's 1984 science fiction film.

This fanedit has twice been officially released on Blu-ray as the ‘Spicediver Cut’ by Koch Films Germany (now Plaion Pictures):
1. On the Dune Ultimate Edition box set in 2022 (standard definition edition upscaled to 720p)
2. On the Dune Ultimate Edition box set reissued in 2024 (contains the Special 1080p Edition).

An alternate take on Mudd's Women, re-structuring it into how it may have looked, had it become the second pilot.

The longer 1996 cut of the 1971 Disney classic with the worst instances of redubbed dialogue removed, a little less "With a Flair" and a lot more translation.

A streamlined and fast-paced narrative, in the structural and musical spirit of either the Lord of the Rings franchise or the original, epic score. Season 3 in 3 hours and 4 minutes - either with Howard Shore or the original Game of Thrones score.

Two main goals here, beyond just the general nips and tucks. ONE - Give the film more of an OT vibe with color correction, film grain, and new music throughout. TWO - Improve Anakin’s story. I find his fall to the dark side in the theatrical film to be rather sudden and unconvincing. So here my job was to sort of smooth out the kinks - trying to make Anakin more sure of himself and his allegiance to Palpatine before the turn, and then somewhat softening his words and actions after the turn. There’s a lot of subtle little changes and tweaks that went into this all across the film, but I do feel like the sum is that his story in this version is more believable.

This is a "Rey Nobody" edit, removing her link to Palpatine. The other major change is that Leia dies toward the beginning of the film, removing her from the plot.

The core idea is to strengthen the ties to The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi to give a clear character arc to both Rey and Kylo Ren.

I also removed some unnecessary jokes and tidied up some action beats. The goal is to create a fun, engaging movie that satisfies as an ending to these character's stories.

• Disclaimer: Another edit admittedly for a small audience – those that likes Dune 2021 but thought the 1984 version was too confusing. Not for Lynch fans as probably too much is cut for them.

Paul Atreides, a brilliant and gifted young man born into a great destiny beyond his understanding, must travel to the most dangerous planet in the universe to ensure the future of his family and his people. As malevolent forces explode into conflict over the planet's exclusive supply of the most precious resource in existence - a commodity capable of unlocking humanity's greatest potential - only those who can conquer their fear will survive.

This edit focuses on Paul’s journey to awakening, telling only a part one story while avoiding Lynch's wild third act altogether, leaving the weirder parts for the theoretical Part 2 and avoiding the audience-distancing elements until they would have better understanding of the Dune Universe.

This should just be an exciting teaser, using Lynch's visuals, into the world of Frank Herbert's Dune and make you want to learn more. There are many nods to deeper meaning of motivations that can be found in the book for the other characters, but if their arc is not fully filmed in high quality, I try to just give them enough to be interesting and warrant a deeper dive into the source material.

Part of an ongoing project to convert the “Avatar: The Last Airbender” series into an alternative, less "bite-sized" format, this edit connects the first three episodes into a single narrative, removing all blackouts/titles/credits. Some tweaks to humour and minor changes to narrative have been made, such as a less melodramatic exit for Aang, tweaks to dialogue to foreshadow episode 3, and a slight shift in the order of events.

- This is my favorite movie and will probably have the least changes
- Trim some of the poor performances (Hermione's laughing, some of Harry's acting)
- Cut out some of the one liners and poorly written lines and scenes (Neville's "I'm okay" joke, Hermione mocking Trelawney, and Harry always needing to get a final word in)
- Reduce some of the more over the top stuff (Trim the whole whomping willow scene)

AVATAR: The Final Cut aims to put Avatar's best foot forward by removing unnecessary narration and extending character development. The extended edition, while better than the theatrical by far, was lacking a 3D release. This edit not only fixes the main problem of the film, but also brings an all new 3D version of the extended experience.

The re-telling of the Eastrail 177 Trilogy in SPLIT UNBREAKABLE GLASS was the first part of an experiment to retool these movies with a new narrative structure to facilitate surprises, adjustments to reveals, new parallels, new opening and closings and much much more. One can be surprised again.

In what may be a fanediting first, this version takes extensive material NOT used in SPLIT UNBREAKABLE GLASS (Dr Fletcher and David's marital issues) and tells the same (or similar tale) as an alternate version of the events from a very different perspective. Over 50% of this version of events is newly repuposed and previously unused and differently structured. With a different resolution and enough left untold to permit both edits to surprise and re-reveal, UNBREAKABLE GLASS SPLIT and SPLIT UNBREAKABLE GLASS can be watched in any order and still shine a BRIGHT light on M/ Night Shyamalan's genius, patience and discipline in anchoring these characters in the real world.

This edit combines the two original Matrix sequels into a single cohesive film that serves as the epic conclusion to Neo's arc.
