57 years after Ellen Ripley had a close encounter with the reptilian alien creature from the first movie, she is called back, this time, to help a group of highly trained colonial marines fight off against the sinister extraterrestrials. But this time, the aliens have taken over a space colony on the moon LV-426. When the colonial marines are called upon to search the deserted space colony, they later find out that they are up against more than what they bargained for. Using specially modified machine guns and enough firepower, it's either fight or die as the space marines battle against the aliens. As the Marines do their best to defend themselves, Ripley must attempt to protect a young girl who is the sole survivor of the nearly wiped out space colony.

After coming across two edits of Aliens that greatly renewed my interest in the film, I decided to create a cut of the film that would check all of the boxes for me when it came to a version of the film that would be perfect for me. I present that very cut to you all as "Aliens Revisited".

The last shreds off the cutting room floor have been put back into Aliens, as the infamous Burke Cocoon scene has been reinstated along with several other short moments and lines that were never included in any other cut of the film.

Ripley is rescued by a deep salvage team after being in hypersleep for 57 years. The moon that the Nostromo visited has been colonized, but contact is lost. This time, colonial marines have superior firepower, but will that be enough?

Inspired by my media teacher's hatred for the early Hadley's Hope scenes in Aliens (the only reason that we watched the theatrical cut in class was due to these 2 scenes in the SE), I've created my own cut as a half way point between the Special Edition and the Theatrical without the Hadley's Hope sequence.

A military crew is sent on a rescue mission to a planet where something has gone terribly wrong. They find more than they bargained for on this remote industrial planet.

This is the simplest cut of the ALIEN lot, using the Special Edition version simply removes scenes of the colonists and Newt’s family discovering the Space Jockey’s ship. I actually like all the extended scenes in this version but dislike the whole Newt’s family scene (I used to have to skip it every time). I’ve kept the first outdoor shots of “Hadley’s Hope” however as it gives a preview of the “shake and bake” colony. A better paced version.
