Synopsis:
It's a pretty simple edit, like all my edits. I basically went through the movie and tried to remove as much toilet humor as possible. It's just my attempt at tightening up the film with an increased focus on Barry's story.

Intention:
I liked the THE FLASH a lot but it's not without it's flaws. Once again there was terrible studio meddling and a lot of silly toilet humor that turned what could have been a legendary DC release into a historic flop. That being said I think there's a good amount of gold that was filmed (I wish we could get that 4 hour directors cut). I'm just trying to remove the non sense and let that gold shine through. With these 14 minutes removed I believe this is a significantly improved experience.
Special Thanks:
Special thanks to my wife first and foremost for dealing with all the constant questions. Thanks to Heathen3017 for the excellent feedback that significantly improved this edit. Thanks to Malthus for offering to make some awesome cover art.
Release Information:

Editing Details:
As usual I'm hopeful you won't notice I edited anything. That is, and always will be, my goal with these edits. Like I've said before, this is basically 'the simple man's cut' and it's best for fans that aren't looking for drastic changes but rather a little tightening up of the film. The silliness is trimmed, the pacing is improved, the film is better.
Cuts and Additions:
Girls in the opening with the chocolate bar removed
Falling babies scene heavily trimmed
Lasso joke on bridge removed
Coffee joke removed
Annoying coworkers trimmed
Added deleted scene of Parents but it's trimmed
Two Barry's in bedroom trimmed
"Everyone poops" removed
Tooth scene removed
Barry's discussing Zod and Superman trimmed
MOS FLASHback removed (As a big MOS fan I thought this was "cool" when I first saw it in theaters but I no longer feel it's necessary in this movie. It doesn't really go anywhere and I've seen it all before, and better in MOS)
Barry meets young Barry's roommates (heavily trimmed to minimize the guy in in his underwear especially)
Barry's talk to Keaton in kitchen trimmed
Young Barry head turn joke removed (batwing)
Barbie joke removed
Terrible /pointless cameos removed (to keep the focus on Barry and his journey)
New ending
New POST credit scene

About time I posted a review on this site again.

This is the lightest of the Flash edits so far. Not much has been altered; some of the toilet humour is gone and the pacing is leaner, but these small changes improve the film a great deal!

On a technical level, this edit is fantastic! I could barely notice anything was missing. I will say, though, that there are a few jarring edits throughout, most notably during the Siberia sequence, but they aren't too bothersome. And the climax moves a little too quickly with the multiverse cameos excised, and if I were doing my own edit (which I might in the near future), I'd personally leave them in.

On a more positive note, I was SURPRISED to see that the new ending works really well! Without giving it away, it ends the movie on a much stronger note and makes for a far better post-credits scene! Go into the edit yourself and you won't be disappointed!

And that's all I have to say! FLASHPOINT is a tighter, slightly more mature alternative to the theatrical version, and a much more rewarding and effective farewell to the DCEU. Bravo, PanteraSteel!

This edit of the Flash is a solid improvement over the theatrical version, deleting the most obnoxious jokes and streamlining the story.
*With the version 2.0 updated now this edit is close to perfection; the jump cuts are barely noticeable now, although the sound of the vomit hitting the floor is still (barely) present in the short scene in Siberia before Batman drops in, but it's not that bothering (honestly, it can almost be confused with the clicking sound of the machine guns being pointed at the two Barry)
The ending post credit scene remains ingenious (I'm not going to spoil how you did it) and in the final battle, while the removal of the majority of the cameos is a big hit (minus for one I'm not going to spoil.... Though some will easily figure out who it is), the way you re-edited the worlds appearing and colliding makes up for it.
Overall, this re-edited Flash has a better balance between humor and seriousness, delivering a much more solid goodbye to the old dceu than the one we got.
