Brilliantly done, the Spellbound music lends a more traditional/emotional feel and fits perfectly! Only one or two sections felt like a little more work could be done, the below-mentioned lack of sound of the tractor driving at around 15 minutes in being the most noticeable.
With regards to a couple of other the points raised, the shot at 44:30 does indeed look a little rough but the "jarring" edit at 1:19:06 is native, as is the skip at 1:37:10. Otherwise nothing jumped out (the new music credit blends perfectly with the others), though that may be due to unfamiliarity with the material as it's been a few years since I saw the original: I would have to watch it again to be sure but I think I prefer the new soundscape for the involvement it brings.
Wonder what would happed if the electronic tonalities removed from here were reapplied to Spellbound? Might be an interesting experiment!
