great!!! Congratualtions on finishing the next one n0march!
when will it be available?

well i've got a tiny bit of cleaning up to do on the menu but i'll finish that later today.

then its just a question of finding someone to torrent or rapidshare it.

anyway i should be able to send discs out to people tomorrow or tuesday.

if you are inthe UK I suggest xtomo.
I am in Europe too, if you rather wanna send it to me :)

i have no problem uploading it for you....

okey dokey how about

copy to boon for rapidshare &
copy to xtomo for torrenting.

sound good? thanks guys!!

hehe... well, that would be perfect :)

yep sounds great...

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet :)

Now all i need is for someone to do some cover art for it...

hint hint
beg beg
grovel grovel

put in cover requests

just giving it a quick watch and the resize seems to have played merry hell with the interlacing on some of the workprint/video clips.

damn, might have to release this initially as PAL unless i can frameserve the resized file into CCE and deinterlace the entire file, dunno if this'll work though. or i could deinterlace all the extra scenes and then replace the ones already in my womble project and then reencode again i have no idea whether this would work or not either.

:( :-( :( :-(

EDIT: ok im trying method 1 VDubMod -> CCE and deinterlacing the entire file, i'll know by half nine if its worked or not.

well that seemed to work ok, just running it through DGPulldown to fix frame rate and then i'll know if everything is back on track!

Please to God upload this ASAP.... I have been waiting for you to say complete!!

Well first a decision needs to be made. i cant seem to fix the deinterlacing problem. after running it through the filter its still pretty bad, heres a pic to show what i mean.

It doesn't look quite as bad as that when the picture is moving, and it is fairly intermittant probably about 4 or 5 minutes of the overall running time.

that said im not that happy with it but what i want to know is do i release the PAL version which is nasty line free or just go with the 'its a workprint version' and release the NTSC version?

PAL and NTSC version are both done, just need to be authored and burnt. The PAL version looks so much better!! (only the affected scenes)

I'm really glad the PAL version is getting released. Since I can play PAL discs, I was really dreading getting a kind of unnecessary NTSC conversion that wouldn't look as good as the source (however little the quality loss may be). Looking forward to this!

... continuing to bite my tongue... is that blood?

wow i cant believe you did it fair shout. im up for some of this action dont forget to add it to july contest.
