Replacing screens

I'm having difficulty with two shots in my BvS edit where Bruce is looking at four TV screens, and I would like to replace the footage on those screens with footage from a different shot of a TV. What is the best way to go about this?

 
have you tried rotoscoping it yet?
dunno what you're using but here is a couple how-to links.
one for ---> After Effects <--- and the other for ---> Vegas <---.
if you're using something else, it's probably pretty similar.
