Godfather: Don Vito's Opus, The

Truly a labor of love

This is without a doubt the best time i have watched the Godfather trilogy since I was a kid. I'm never watching it again any other way. Thank you for the great experience!

This was very enjoyable to watch! I can tell there was a lot of hard work put into this. A really interesting (and probably my new preferred way) to watch this material. Bravo!

This was put together so incredibly well that I don't think I can watch it another way. The story felt so much better watching it in chronological order even seeing things I've never paid attention too before this is by far the best cut I've seen.

I found this edit to be a really enjoyable and natural way of experiencing the story of the life of Vito Corleone. I have always wondered how a movie would look like that started with the flashbacks from part 2, and led into part 1, and thankfully it worked really well. For the most part, the additional scenes were really good for fleshing out the characters of Vito and Michael especially. My favourite use of this was a scene I had never seen before of Michael and Kay in bed calling Tom Hagen (I don't want to spoil too much)

All in all I found this to be a really enjoyable watch and I would highly recommend to any big fans of the Godfather franchise
