Godfather: Michael's Opus, The

Out of all the versions out there, the Wrath release will be the ultimate must-see epic cut if you're revisiting.

Finally got around to watching this and I wasn’t disappointed. I strongly recommend this to any fan of the godfather. Moving forward the Vito and Michael Opus will be my preferred version when I want to watch The Godfather.

It's perfect. This is my go to way to rewatch Part II. It takes out the Vito part. Even if I don't end up wanting to watch Part III I'll just put this on, so I can skip over the past segments.
The deleted scenes are put in so well, and you don't even notice any edits when it skips over Vito's sections. Well done my friend and cheers!

This is My second Review and My first experience in watching a fan edit and I must say I was Blown away at how much work was put into making this edit and how much the extra scenes would add to my enjoyment of a film I've seen many times. Im lookin forward to watching them both again and this is the fashion I enjoy watching this movie in (chronological) the most Big thank you to Wraith for This and it being my first of hopefully many experiences of enjoying edits from the community here.

You will find this Review in Michaels Opus as well, as i have watched both of them, for 3 times now.

There is no point in me telling you, what Wraith did, in detail. What i want to share in short is this:
WRAITH´s Versions did something to me, they Reopened those Movies, that i have watched countless times.
triggered by my father (italian heritage) i was watching The Godfather 1&2 many times freom a young age.
Everytime, while i grew up, more and more opened up - i understood more of the meanings and feelings of the characters, and in the movementes of the older version of Don Vito, i saw my (than aged) dad.

I am emotional about these movies, since they have played a big part in my youth and still do.
The "new" Versions are the best i have ever seen. I experienced some scenes like never before.
Dialouge hit me more, cuts and sound and chronology are flawless.

I strongly recomend these versions to everyone that just feels a shrad love for the OG Cuts -
Wraith teleports The Godfather on a pedestal that might stand forever !!!!
