At any chance I get to watch through all of the HP movies, I'll sit down with the ADM 3/4/5 versions of the content to enjoy the cutting-room floor version of the things that should have been included in the first place. I rated low due to the digital age being upon us, and the visual fidelity just not being where it needs to be anymore. For the time it was wonderful, but it could absolutely use a refresh now that the higher resolution of the film is available for modifications. Is it still watchable? Certainly! But the darks are a bit too crunched from the old media type.
The edits are done very smoothly in this one, and the audio seems to have been modified a touch to correct the issues highly present in the original films with peaks and lows. Perhaps I'm incorrect, but it feels much more easy to watch without having my ears blown out by a random explosion!
It could use an update, sure, but for what it is, I highly enjoy this modification and it's the only one I still watch. I don't even have the theatrical versions within arms-reach anymore. They're not worth the time when this exists.

A longer version of one of the best movies in the Harry Potter franchise couldn't be bad.
One more time adigitalman show us how an already good movie can be improved with some simple additions.
On the negative side, I felt that the movie was darker than the original I have.
