Use of colour and general visual realisation is excellent. Narrative is simple and concise. SFX sporadically drops out leaving just the score and I noticed one audio transition. A very good edit overall and wonderfully realised.

What a great little Christmas card this makes for your favorite Batman fan!
Wonderfully decolourized except for the gold, and the red.
Oh, those red cat lips.
Goes without saying, I liked the video work.
Audio was nice 2 channel, as well.
Best of all the narrative held together.
Very satisfying appetizer.

Exceptionally well done. Loved the use of colour and the short narrative felt complete and satisfying. Like another episode of Joker’s mailbag’s show really! Only a couple of hard audio cuts during Batman’s arrival on the scene caused a point off.

Another great short. Returns is my favorite of all the movies, and to see this in b/w with color highlights was fantastic. I especially loved the opening music with the first scenes you chose. I think you mentioned the possibility of doing this for the whole movie, and I’d love to see it. But I’m curious – would you cut out the Penguin in a full version? :-) 10 Frinks out of 10.

Dazzling edit. The use of color in this was magnificent. Very compelling, tight short. Takes place over the course of 5 minutes so there's no rush. This is such a great part in the film that to carve it out and recolor it like a cinematic graphic novel was a great idea, executed well. This is a cracking short.
There was one pan shot at 3:10 that was stuttering for me but that was all. Technically pitch perfect otherwise.
