Review Detail

Its only slightly Grindhousey. Soundtrack needs some attention. Picture is really good but maybe too good with not enough of the dirty reel dusty protector effect. Its cool to see a blending of the main stories in those two Tarantino classics. It works on one level. On the next is is falling a bit flat. Can we get a naked French girl? some S&M basement expansion? hell even some 'pipe hitting niggaz' going to work? even hellier a cop burning in a chair with a zippo lighting petrol trail? Definitely some potential for full Grindhousing!!
