Steel of Man is a fascinating new take on Man of Steel tons of new and interesting ideas.
-The new color grade looks great, especially on the opening logos.
-The new structure is very reminiscent of Superman For All Seasons (awesome).
-The way Clark is kept as a mystery man from the start works surprisingly really well.
-Certain scenes are cropped/zoomed to a close-up, honing in on performances which is such a simple idea but it works wonders.
-The changing aspect ratios and old filmic quality gives the film a more intimate feeling, which is greatly appreciated in a movie that is 50% intense action.
Overall, while there are still some drawbacks (many with the film itself) this is a compelling way to view this divisively incredible and incredibly divisive film.
