As a long time fan of the It TV Miniseries, looking back there are some obvious flaws no matter the enjoyment or nostalgia. This cut not only improved the video quality to where most of the time I forgot it was even made for TV, but also removed some of the more silly bits, or the awkward parts that really wore down what was really a diamond needing a small polish. The new audio and sfx are quite perfect and really added to the drama or feel of the scenes, though there might of been one or two parts they were a "little" too loud but not enough to ruin any enjoyment. All in all I feel this could be my definitive version of the movie and would recommend this to anyone who loves this story or the original.

Having read many of Stephen Kings book, yes I read It. There is always so much going on, so many sub plots. That to me when a movie or tv show is made "they" try and pick a stroy line that makes sense as a stand alone story. With the slight "trims" etc for me made a much tighter and more fun and sensible story. lookign forward to other titles from you. Thanks for your hard work.

In spite of its flaws, I actually still really enjoy the miniseries adaptation of Stephen King's It, despite being outdone by Andy Muschietti's far superior film adaptation of the childhood-centric part of King's novel. This attempt at editing a film out of a television miniseries sounded interesting to me, naturally, and after having seen it, I was in no way disappointed. The attempts at giving this a much modern feel, with Benjamin Wallficsh's soundtrack for the 2017 version playing in several scenes, work incredibly well and the editing is fantastic throughout. The visual quality displayed here is nothing short of astonishingly good. Great stuff.

Yes, man. This is what a fanedit should be. This was engrossing from beginning to end, and edited beautifully. I don't know how much you moved around to create the flashbacks (if anything), but it worked perfectly. The video looks better than some "HD" fanedits which is crazy since it was made for 90s TV.

Honestly, the movie played like the best episode ever of Are You Afraid of the Dark. And it was fucking great.

This is the first TV to Movie fanedit I've ever watched and it certainly did it's job. Ten minutes in and I really started to forget that I was watching a TV movie. I'm sure the letterboxing and color grading took a lengthy amount of time but they're really what make this edit shine!

It's been years since I watched the original. I purchased it on iTunes a few months ago but never got around to watching it. Now I'm pretty glad I didn't as this will be my definitive version of the movie. While I'm sure there are more, there were only two scenes that I remembered being in the original that were cut. Neither were missed and this goes to show that the visual and audio editing were both seamless. I really dug the score replacements and felt they helped to give the movie a more modern feel. Speeding up shots of Pennywise attacking definitely made him an even more terrifying character and I loved the editor's work there.

I only had two gripes with this edit and both were minor. It seems that the color would flicker in certain scenes but that may have even been in the original source. There were a few times where it seemed that the frame rate may have been a bit off because the video seemed to have a slight stutter. Again, these gripes were minor to me and didn't really impact my enjoyment of the edit.

Overall, wonderful job with this! I watched it with a friend and we both very much loved it. I would highly recommend it to anyone on here that digs horror and I very much look forward to your other works!
