I liked to new ending. Too bad the AR is off. Zoom TV setting fixed it, but it would’ve been nice to be 16×9.

I must say, I love the original movie, and I thought about an ending like this while watching, but this edit just doesn’t feel right. The ending really feels tacked on and rushed. It makes it feel like a very abrupt ending. I’m not sure what could be done to change that feeling, if anything. Overall, I think the idea was very sound and logical, but the weird feeling I got from it was a little off-putting. I’m not entirely saisfied with either ending, really. I’m going to give this edit a 5/10 for various reasons, though I would give the movie an 8/10.
