Oh my goodness, no words can't ever describe which is this is the most improved Wonder Woman sequel that should've been the final cut, much respect to Patty Jenkins and the film crew.

One thing that caught my attention and kept me invested, the 80's music is magnificent, so good that it is included in this movie for it the title 1984.

The original cut had more bored at times that it drags, this cut is makes it so much better to get along with the narrative as a stand alone film.

The beginning is the best way to get right into the film.

I highly enjoyed this film and see myself go back to it multiple times, thank you so much, better fanedit as top 10 even,

RECOMMENDED THIS CUT 100%

Wow! This is an incredible save of a truly awful original movie. The soundtrack is top notch, the story is so much clearer, and best of all it's now under two hours! I like so many things about this and I'm honestly mad that most people won't get to experience this version of the movie. Emphasizing that this is a story about Diana, Max, and Barbra, three people who just want love and respect but go about it very different ways, is so good, and gives the movie so much more weight. I was making so many more thematic connections while watching and it was quite affecting. I can't even remember what was in the 42 minutes you cut out because it all flowed so well.

Steve's introduction is the one bit that most feels like an edit but that's from cutting the truly heinous plotline of him possessing another body so no stars off for that. I wish (ha) Kristen Wiig had a more fulfilling story arc especially because I like her dynamic with Diana in the beginning so much, but again that's the fault of the original. And I don't know even if you even need the title card for Max at the end, the sirens in the background plus the visual of him reuniting with his kid pretty much shows exactly what you're telling in the text.

Awesome work!!

The original cut of this film had some obvious glaring errors, but this edit transformed it for the better! The implementation of the Bill and Ted OST added a much more radical flavor to the 80s, and the usage of Pat Benatar's Invincible was PERFECT. If there was any song that screamed Wonder Woman, it was that song hands down!

Accomplishing the impossible here, WakeupKeo has streamlined one of the most mixed up of DC's troubled filmography, injecting it with new energy and paring away a lot of what was holding it back. I have yet to encounter an editor as capable of integrating new pop music into a film, blended with the sound FX and dialogue and timing of the editing to the point like it seemed as though it was always there, but this is one of WakeupKeo's many skills. Deliberately immersing this in a twisting waterslide of Bill & Ted music to give new flavour to a period piece strangely coy about using 80s music to its fullest. The 'In Time' moment in Diana's apartment brought genuine tears to my eyes, looking back on the actions of a hidden superhero still trying her best to help humanity rather than only mourning the loss of Steve (It's what Captain Carter would have done!). Dutiful pruning of nonsense, convolution and the weird implications of this newly summoned Steve occupying the body of Some 80s Guy all contribute to a story about preoccupation with what Diana, Minerva and Maxwell WANT. The single, solitary star I've deducted is not down to the editor but the fact that the third act of this movie, with its catfight and wish-renouncement sequences really is impossible to salvage into a denouement worthy of Wonder Woman, but what was achieved is manifestly getting the best out of what footage is there. Thank you for rescuing this one from the delirium of its theatrical cut. Very much looking forward to watching more of these.

The fan-edit community continues to astound with its creativity and dedication to enhancing our favorite films, and "Wonder Woman 1984: The Excellent Adventure Edit" is a prime example of the ingenuity that fans bring to the table. This edit offers a refreshing and improved viewing experience of the widely discussed and debated "Wonder Woman 1984."

From the moment I started watching this fan-edit, it became evident that Wakeupkeo had a deep understanding of the source material and a clear vision for how to enhance the film's narrative. The most notable improvement lies in the pacing and structure. "The Excellent Adventure Edit" streamlines the story, eliminating unnecessary subplots and tightening the focus on the central characters and their motivations. This approach allows for a more engaging and coherent viewing experience, eliminating the meandering moments that hindered the original release.

Another commendable aspect of this fan-edit is the judicious use of visual and audio enhancements. The editor seamlessly integrates scenes, removes distractions, and improves the overall visual quality, resulting in a more polished and professional presentation. The audio remixing is equally impressive, enhancing the impact of key moments and making the viewing experience more immersive. I personally loved the idea of going crazy with a 80's soundtrack in the film and it upped the enjoyment for me personally.

One of the standout achievements of "The Excellent Adventure Edit" is the way it addresses some of the divisive elements from the original film. The editor has made substantial changes to certain character arcs and storylines, resulting in a more satisfying and logical progression. While these alterations may not please everyone, they undoubtedly offer a fresh perspective and inject new life into the film.

However, it's important to note that this fan-edit is not a complete overhaul of the original film. Some issues, such as certain narrative choices such as Steve coming back or castings likw Kristen Wig as cheetah and visual effects like Cheetah agaim, still persist. While the editor has done an admirable job in improving the overall experience, some flaws are inherent to the source material and cannot be fully remedied.

In conclusion, "Wonder Woman 1984: The Excellent Adventure Edit" is an impressive fan-edit that showcases the creativity and passion of its editor. The streamlined storytelling, visual enhancements, and revised character arcs elevate the viewing experience and offer a fresh take on the original film. Fans of the Wonder Woman franchise, and those who were left wanting more from the theatrical release, will likely find this edit to be a worthwhile and enjoyable alternative.
