John Carpenter's Halloween Revisited: The Final Cut is the second part of a planned four-part fanedit series focusing on the storyline established in the recent H40 timeline, starting with Halloween 2018. This project presents a "canon" compliant, alternate extended version that lines up not only with the edits of this series but also most of the known continuities of the franchise: whether it is the H40 timeline, H20 timeline, or original timeline.

There have been many edits of Halloween and Halloween II combined to make one full night of terror from The Shape in its pursuit of Laurie Strode. However, whereas a lot of those edits are quite gentle exercises in basically bridging the two movies together, resulting in a movie almost 3 hours in length, the intent with The Night of The Boogeyman is to take on the challenge of combining both movies to make one night of terror that only lasts around the normal length of a slasher film - in other words, 90 - 100 minutes.

It is Halloween 1 & Halloween 2 shortened and streamlined into one movie with additions from Halloween 1 Extended Edition. Additional music scores and creative changes supplement the narrative and film experience. The twist is that it focuses more on the relationship between Dr. Loomis and Michael rather than Laurie and Michael.

Get more tension built up in this and add a few more deaths to try and make the 2 movies feel more in line with one another.

When Halloween was sold for broadcast to NBC in 1980, it became necessary to create additional scenes to fill the TV time slot. Using the crew of Halloween II, director John Carpenter commenced a three-day shoot of all-new scenes and alternate footage that was then added to the original version.

The TV Terror Cut is an attempt to add back these scenes from the TV cut into the feature film to created the longest version of Halloween.

Halloween: 10 Years of Terror tells a complete version of the Michael Myers story in a condensed fashion. Following his original massacre in 1978 and then his return in 1988, the edit simply tries to show that whether in one form or another, evil never truly dies.

I edited Halloween (1978) and Halloween II (1981) into one 97 minute movie, with a new prologue that explains how Michael "became" Captain Kirk. William Shatner was kind enough to provide the voice of The Shape (via dialog samples). I also added a funky new soundtrack.

Halloween (1978) and Halloween II (1981) edited into one 110 min movie. Halloween has been trimmed for pacing and Halloween II has been greatly streamlined to focus on Laurie, excluding most of the other characters and kills.

An unexplained event of terrifying horror in 1963 however, would change the sleepy little town of Haddonfield forever. Whilst the town would still celebrate the festival of Halloween, Doctor Sam Loomis knew that it was only a matter of time before the shape of terror which formed itself back in 1963 would return. Thus, it is time to unveil a portrait of terror which will haunt you forever.

This combines Halloween 1 and Halloween 2 to one complete movie and presents an all new ending.

This ALL NEW CUT combines several HALLOWEEN sequels featuring Laurie Strode into one Complete Sequel Epic from 1978-2002.

This fanedit combines John Carpenter’s Halloween and the sequel Halloween II into one “epic” film. Several scenes have been removed to make the entire movie flow smoothly and more realistically, keeping it centered on Myers quest to locate and kill Laurie Strode.
